My attempt at a Crocodile Dundee movie replica. Custom order. Manufactured June 2015.
Blade:
Hand-forged carbon spring steel 54Si6Cr (ČSN 14260). Bowie type blade. Convex grind. Polished finish. Wide fuller. Hardness 58 HRC.
Handle:
Brass guard and pommel. Handle core from oak wood. Braided leather grip. Central tang construction, handle glued throughout, riveted pommel.
Sheath:
Crocodile skin, cow hide. Sharpening spike with braided leather and vertebra bones. Handmade.

Forged custom designed machete. My first "private" order. Manufactured December 2012.

Forged leaf spring (carbon steel 54SiCr6 or ČSN 14260). Wedge blade grind. Hardness 56 HRC.
Handle:
Guard from stainless steel. Handle from cowhide. Central tang construction, riveted pommel.

Cowhide. Handmade.

Custom designed damascus knife. Manufactured April 2015.
Blade:
Hand-forged 60 layer damascus from carbon tool steel O2 (1.2842 or ČSN 19312) and nickel tool steel 80NiCr11 (1.2705). Convex blade grind. Hardness 60 HRC.
Handle:
Brass, bronze, copper, vulcanized fiber, mosaic pin, artificial stone and Robinia burl.
Sheath:
Cow hide, Robinia burl. Handmade.

Hand forged carbon tool steel 75Cr1 (1.2003 or ČSN 19418). Diferentialy hardened in bee-wax. Wedge grind. Hardness 60 HRC.
Handle:
Handle made from pine cone stabilized in epoxy resin and stainless steel tube pin. File-works on the spine. Full-tang construction.
Sheath:
Cow hide and water buffalo hide. Hand made.
