Blade:
Hand forged old Ajax file. Carbon tool steel W 112 (CT 120 or ČSN 19255). Flat bevel grind. Differentially hardenned with clay. Nice curly hamon. Hardness 59 HRC.
Handle:
Guard and pommel from hammered and patinated spring steel. Handle made from stainless steel, vulcanized fiber, artificial stone and Desert Ironwood (Olneya tesota). Central tang construction with rivetted pommel. Handle glued throughout with epoxy resin.
Sheath:
Cowhide, cowhide with buffalo skin imprint and suede lining. Hand made.

Nexus
Custom designed damascus knife. November 2016.
Blade:
Hand forged damascus steel with aprox. 120 layers. Carbon tool steel O2 (1.2842 or ČSN 19312) combined with pure nickel. San-mai construction with O2 core. Combined bevel grind (flat and hollow). Differentially hardened. Hardness 59 HRC.
Handle:
Guard and pommel made from the same material a the blade. Handle is made from stainless steel, vulcanised fiber, rare Charoite mineral and engraved African Blackwood (grenadill, Dalbergia melanoxylon). Central tang construction with riveted pommel. Handle glued throughout with epoxy resin.
Sheath:
Cow hide, cow hide with buffalo skin imprint, suede lining and damascus ornament. Hand made.

Guard made from hammered and patinated stainless steel. Handle with stainless steel, fiber, deer antler, mosaic pin and African Blackwood (Dalbergia melanoxylon). Central tang construction. Handle glued throughout with epoxy resin.

Blade:
Hand forged damascus steel composed of 120 layers. Carbon tool steel O2 (1.2842 or ČSN 19312) combined with nickel tool steel K600 (1.2767 or ČSN 19655). Hollow blade grind. Hardness 59 HRC.
Handle:
Guard made from hammered and patinated stainless steel. Handle from stainless steel, blue fiber and Jatapol Swirl (epoxy resin with a mineral compound). Central tang construction. Handle glued throughout with epoxy resin.
Sheath:
Cow hide and Jatapol Swirl medalion. Hand made.
